From Consulting to Reflection
“Style is something each of us already has, all we need to do is find it.”
– Diane von Furstenberg
ReflektStyle was born from a personal journey
It began as my search for clothing that felt right – and became a deeper reflection on what truly fits: our body, our values, and the life we live.
This is not just about what to wear. It’s about what feels right – and why that matters.
My Story: From Consulting to Reflection
‘Looking back, my choices made sense for that time. It worked for me, even if it was not something carefully planned out.’
I grew up between the city and countryside, spending much of my time outdoors and around animals. Style was not a focus—I wore what I had, and I did not overthink it.
As I started travelling and growing professionally, things changed. I faced constant challenges shopping for a taller frame that did not fit standard sizing. I admired certain styles but struggled to find anything that truly worked. I reached out to stylists, but none of their approaches felt like me and I felt minunderstood.
Working in leadership consulting, I supported individuals in building clarity, self-awareness, and the skills to reach their potential. That experience taught me the value of self-reflection, asking the right questions, and building solutions that truly fit the individual. And I realized – the same applies to style.
Those experiences led to a key insight:
No one understands what works for you better than you.
That was the beginning of what I now call self-reflection. I stopped trying to fit in – and began choosing what made me feel like myself.

My Philosophy: Style Starts From Within
ReflektStyle is built on the idea that real style begins with self-awareness. Key experiences shaped my perspective:
- Years of struggling to find clothing that fit my tall frame
- Seeing friends avoid mirrors because of how they felt in their clothes
- Watching women wear pieces that did not support their shape or confidence
- Wasting energy on external expectations instead of asking, what feels right for me?
Style is not just about appearance—it is connected to how you feel in your body, how you move, and how you take care of yourself.
I believe style evolves through self-reflection, confidence, and an active, healthy lifestyle.
When you feel strong and comfortable in yourself, style becomes clearer, simpler, and more supportive of who you are.

A Flexible Approach
As my relationship with style evolved, I also became more aware of its broader impact. I started exploring slower, more intentional ways of dressing—like second-hand and sustainable fashion.
But sustainability is just one path.
Whether you prefer pre-loved pieces or brand-new finds, my role is to guide you through self-reflection and help you understand what truly works for you—where you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease.
The goal is always the same: To wear what empowers you and feels great.

Giving Back: Passport to Kindness
During a period of living and travelling in Portugal, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by stray animals. I supported a local shelter, helped cover vet care, and even rehomed a few animals.
That experience led me to launch Passport to Kindness – an initiative that connects style with compassion. Through curated pre-loved fashion, a portion of each sale supports animal shelters and encourages conscious giving.
Because personal style does not only reflect who you are – it can also reflect the kind of world you want to help create.
